Thank you for all this information. As a new resident it helped me get a little up to speed in my quest for information about my new town. I am very interested in redevelopment issues and have worked for three BIDS in my past. I disagree with you on the trolley, though at first I agreed, you make some good points but I think the bigger picture supports the investment.
